Devotional
Trust is foundational to any relationship, especially our relationship with God. When a child trusts their parent, they follow instructions even without understanding why. Similarly, our relationship with God flourishes when we trust His guidance without demanding explanations. However, we often struggle with this simple yet profound concept. We want to understand everything, control everything, and have things our way. This desire for control can subtly erode our trust in God, leading us down paths He never intended for us.
Bible Verse
“Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, ‘Did God really say, You must not eat from any tree in the garden?'” – Genesis 3:1
